Come along and connect with other kaimahi Māori and Tae Ora Tinana kaitiaki at the upcoming whakawhanaungatanga hui starting 6pm at Duke of Wellington, on 4th December 2023
It was an awesome opportunity for Tae Ora Tinana kaitiaki to connect with tauira Māori and kaimahi Māori at the whakawhanaungatanga hui in Kirikiriroa with kōrero and kai.

Tae Ora Tinana exists to represent and support Māori physiotherapists, students and assistants. We aim to build a strong Māori identity within the physiotherapy profession, and stregnthen Māori cultural safety
This hui was to review our strategy, ground in our kaupapa, and decide our actions for 2023 and 2024
Tae Ora Tinana has organised a new graduate from each physiotherapy school (AUT, WINTEC, Otago) to do a twenty minute presentation of their research findings

The PNZ conference 2022 was the first kanohi ki te kanohi conference in three years due to COVID. It was an awesome opportunity for kaitiaki to connect with tauira coming through their studies, as well as reconnect with previous kaitiaki of tae ora tinana and other kaimahi
Via Zoom, our roopu gathered with over 30 attendees for whanaungatanga, facilitated by Tae Ora Tinana kaitiaki.
Over the two hours, we had presentations from a kaupapa Māori researcher, and predominantly whanaungatanga at the regional level
